Procedure:
In accordance with Section 13 of the Industrial Relations Act 1969 (as amended),following the referral of the dispute to me by the Director General, I inquired into the dispute and gave the parties an opportunity to be heard and to present any information relevant to the dispute. The worker outlined the details of her dispute on the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) Complaint Form with attachments. The employer representative made a detailed submission in advance of the hearing. The hearing was held in the WRC Hearing Rooms, Carlow.

Summary of Workers Case:
The worker did not attend the hearing to make out a case on the dispute. I am satisfied that the worker was on notice of the hearing. |
